Memphis Furnished Temporary Housing

Copies of Inland Suites house rules, policies and other important documents are available at the front desk and we kindly ask you to review these upon arrival. Some of our rules and policies include the following:

To register, you’ll need to:

  • Pay one week in advance for your stay, which includes the entire weekly rate plus $100 refundable deposit
  • Sign our Occupancy Agreement
  • Present a valid government issued picture ID for each adult (18+) guest

Rates are per week, with a $10 per week charge for each additional adult occupant. (Children age 17 and younger stay free.) Please note: A daily rate is available after your initial 7-day stay based on availability. By requesting this option there may be an additional fee for this selection. Rates are subject to change without notice.

You must pay for the entire weekly rate plus a refundable deposit at time of check-in. Cash and major credit cards are accepted. Personal checks are not accepted, and business checks must be pre-approved by Inland Suites. Each occupant is fully responsible for payment of all rates, taxes, charges, costs and fees associated with the studio/room where the occupant is registered.

Fully Refundable Deposit
A $100 damage deposit is required upon initial registration. This deposit is refundable at check-out provided that:

  • You give 24-hours prior written notice of your departure
  • No damage has occurred
  • No other amounts are unpaid upon departure
  • Please note: Each occupant is equally responsible for any damage to the studio/room where the occupant is registered.

Check-in starts at 3 p.m. on your scheduled arrival date. Check-out is by 11 a.m. on your scheduled departure date. After-hours check-ins are available by dialing 500 from the lobby phone upon arrival. Please contact the property directly prior to your stay for a Sunday arrival.

Contact the property directly for cancellation policies. Reservations not cancelled in advance, accordance to the properties cancellation policy, may be subject to additional fees.

Extending Your Stay
If a Suite is available, you may request to extend your stay. A $45 extension fee applies only if you make your request after 11 a.m. on your scheduled check-out date. Inland Suites reserves the right to deny the extension request for any reason.

Occupancy Limits
Two people maximum in our Studio Suite; three in our Studio Suite with Sofa Sleeper; four in our Double Suite. Children stay free, but they count toward the occupancy maximum.

With the exception of service animals, pets are not allowed at Inland Suites.

Safety and Security
Safety is a priority at Inland Suites with no exterior room doors, eight cameras and a well-lit parking lot. Our interior-corridor entrances can only be accessed with a valid key card offering a restful, pleasant hotel experience.
